A complete party package runs 4 hours and covers up to 40 children, and costs between AED 2,199 and AED 5,999 depending on what is included. Decor-only setups — a styled backdrop with balloon work, no food stations or entertainers — start at AED 1,500. On top of the package there is one delivery fee that depends on the emirate, from AED 280 in Dubai to AED 660 in Fujairah. Everything else is optional and priced individually, so a party is as simple or as full as you want it. Note that some companies advertise from AED 299 or AED 499: those are decor-only prices for a backdrop, not a staffed four-hour party — worth checking what a quote actually covers before comparing.

So what is a realistic total?

A common booking is a mid package plus a bouncy castle and two food stations: Silver Birthday AED 4,799 + castle AED 1,100 + popcorn AED 780 + cotton candy AED 780 + Dubai delivery AED 280 = AED 7,739. A simple one is Movie Night AED 2,199 + delivery AED 280 = AED 2,479. You can build either on the website and see the total before paying.

Is there a surcharge for booking at short notice?

Yes. If the party is less than 72 hours away, an urgent booking surcharge of 25% is added. It is calculated on the setup value only — the delivery fee and any digital items are excluded from it. On a Silver Birthday at AED 4,799 that is AED 1,200. Booking earlier than 72 hours avoids it entirely.

How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 24 hours before the party — the system will not accept a booking closer than that. Between 24 and 72 hours the 25% urgent surcharge applies. Anything from 72 hours out is the normal price. Custom printed items are the exception: they need at least two weeks.

Is there any discount?

Yes — 15% off when you build your own party instead of taking a ready package, once the eligible items reach AED 2,500. The discount applies to the services you picked; the delivery fee and the custom theme design fee are not included in it, and discounts are not combined.

Can the party run longer than 4 hours?

Yes. Every package is 4 hours as standard, and each additional hour is AED 800. Parties must finish by midnight, so the latest a 4-hour party can start is 8:00 PM.

What time can the party start?

Start times run from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A 4-hour party has to finish by midnight, which is what sets the 8:00 PM limit. Eventana's own hours are 10:00 to 22:00, seven days a week.
