Eventana runs corporate family days, staff celebrations, school and nursery events across the UAE with a single team covering decor, entertainment and food stations. Branded backdrops start at AED 1,500. Food stations are operated by Eventana staff and priced individually — popcorn and cotton candy at AED 780 each, slush AED 950, ice cream AED 900, hot dog AED 1,200, pancake and burger sliders AED 1,500 each, nachos AED 1,600. Entertainment includes face painting (AED 950), balloon twisting (AED 950), mascot characters (AED 950) and an acrobat clown (AED 1,500). Inflatables such as a 4x4m bouncy castle (AED 1,100) or a 12x6m slippery football pitch (AED 1,100) can be added for family days.

Do you handle corporate family days?

Yes — family days, staff celebrations, school and nursery events. One team covers the decor, the entertainment and the food stations, and scheduling and invoicing are arranged with your team.

Can the backdrop carry our branding?

Yes. Backdrops and signage are made in your colours and can carry your branding. A small backdrop is AED 1,500, medium AED 1,650 and giant AED 2,200.

What entertainment can you provide for a company event?

Face painting (AED 950), balloon twisting (AED 950), a costumed mascot character (AED 950) and an acrobat clown (AED 1,500), plus games and activity corners. Activity sessions are priced per guest with a 20-guest minimum and run 2 hours with supplies and two assistants provided.

How many guests can you cover?

The standard party packages cover up to 40 children over 4 hours. Larger corporate events are quoted individually — share the headcount, the venue and the date and Eventana will plan against it.

Do you invoice companies?

Yes. Scheduling and invoicing are handled with your team.
